This award crowns a small win as we strive to become the friendliest consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand on the planet.
🖖 Reykjavik (Friday, November 4, 2022) - Happy Friday everyone 🎉, we bring this release straight from our cozy little Headquarter in Reykjavik, Iceland. In response to the award we decided to take the opportunity to walk through all 467 square meters at our headquarters and ask what this award means. The bonus of being a little Icelandic brand is we have quite a lean team at HQ, therefore this article will only be a 5 minute read 💃.
First stop, our Operations Department, with our COO, Lóa Fatou Einarsdóttir.
Here’s what Fatou had to say:
“For operations it is a little validation we are doing the right things, exploiting the right avenues. It shows we are headed in the right direction, doubling down on the popular consumer demand for healthier options. We still have more learning and improvement to do. We know there are opportunities to improve internal processes like our innovation pipeline in order to bring more varieties of products to market faster and more efficiently. Contact Us Today”
Next up, I sat down with our Customer Success Manager, Hrönn Eir Grétarsdóttir. Here’s what she had to say:
“Well, it would have been nice to win a Customer Success Award for 2022. Hopefully with all the changes we have made this year it will help us reach our customer service goals and put us in the running for 2023.”
I also had the privilege of catching up with our CFO, Kjartan Þórðarson (known as K for our North American/Canadian/UK associates), and Account Manager Þórdís Sigurðardóttir (Thordis). However, those discussions were short lived …. “It should mean that the P&L month over month is looking more promising”.
