We use sustainably sourced palm oil in our Choco Hazel spread to help create its smooth, rich texture. This type of palm oil has a higher solid fat content, which is needed to achieve the right consistency without compromising quality.

Are GOOD GOOD products tested on animals?

Our products are never tested on animals.

What Food Safety certifications does GOOD GOOD have?

All GOOD GOOD products are made in facilities that are BRC certified—one of the highest internationally recognized standards for food safety and quality. These facilities are regularly audited by independent third-party organizations to ensure everything stays up to the highest standards.

What Does No Added Sugar Mean?

No added sugar means no table sugar, syrups, honey, or artificial sweeteners are included. The sweetness comes naturally from whole fruit and natural sweeteners. Each serving has less than 3 grams of naturally occurring sugar for great flavor without a sugar spike.

What are natural sweeteners?

Natural sweeteners are sweeteners that originate from nature. Unlike artificial sweeteners, these are chemical-free sweeteners.

What is Erythritol?

Erythritol occurs naturally in a variety of fruits and vegetables. It can also be made through a fermentation process. It is used as a zero-calorie sweetener to assist people to replace calories from carbohydrates and sugars.

What is the source of your erythritol?

The source of our erythritol is Non-GMO corn.

What does sustainable palm oil mean?

The Palm Oil we use is RSPO certified which means that we can assure our customers that the standard of palm oil production is sustainable. Using Sustainable Palm Oil help minimize the negative impact of palm oil cultivation on the environment and communities in palm oil producing regions.

What is Stevia?

Stevia rebaudiana comes from plant leaves found in South America. Those plant leaves are processed to produce the sugar-like substance we call Stevia.

How do you calculate net carbs?

GOOD GOOD uses the following formula to calculate the net carbs in our products:

USA/CA: Carbohydrates – Polyols (sugar alcohols) - Fiber = Net Carbs

EU/UK: Carbohydrates – Polyols (sugar alcohols) = Net Carbs

How do you handle allergens?

GOOD GOOD allergens are listed directly on our labels. Although a product may not contain a specific allergen, our products are manufactured in facilities that could process nuts, dairy, wheat and soy.

Storage and Packaging

How Long does GOOD GOOD Jam Last?

Once opened, the jam should be refrigerated and consumed within 30 days. In some cases, it may last longer depending on:

• Frequency of consumption
• Cleanliness of utensils used
• Temperature of the refrigerator

Since our jams contain no added sugar, they do not keep as long as traditional high-sugar jams, as sugar also acts as a preservative.

How should GOOD GOOD Products be stored?

Keeping the products in a cool and dry place, away from direct light is recommended

Which of your products need to be refrigerated after opening?

The jams are best enjoyed chilled.


Our Choco Spreads can be refrigerated however we don't recommend it as the Choco Spreads can crystallize.

Is it safe to eat if the jar lid didn’t pop?

If the lid didn’t make that pop sound when you opened it, please do not consume the product. It’s likely the seal was broken during shipping due to rough handling. Send a photo of the lid and jar to support@goodgoodbrand.com, and we’ll send you a replacement.
