Good Good is an Iceland based food brand, with operations out of the USA, Canada, UK and Netherlands. We offer healthy products, made from the finest ingredients and only sweetened with low calorie natural sweeteners.
Why the name GOOD GOOD?
Our products taste GOOD and are GOOD for you, that is why we are GOOD GOOD.
Why is GOOD GOOD unique?
Unlike most sugar-free options GOOD GOOD offers you favourite sugar filled items without the added sugar while keeping all the taste.
What to do when the lid on the jar did not "pop"?
If you received your jar and when you opened it, the lid did not "pop", please do not consume the product. The lid most likely opened during shipment by rough handling. Please send a photo of the lid/jar to email@example.com - so we can send you a replacement.
About our products
Is GOOD GOOD Gluten-Free?
Our Jams, Spreads, Syrups and Natural Sweeteners are Gluten-free. Some of our bars do contain gluten such as Cashew Nougat, Coconut and Banana Almond. Our Liquorice, Salty Caramel Nut and Raspberry Cheesecake bars do not contain gluten. We are always working to find ways to create without Gluten.
Are GOOD GOOD products vegetarian or vegan friendly?
Our Jams, Syrups and Natural Sweeteners are made with plant-based ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans including our Choco Orange and Peanut butter spreads.
Please note our Choco Hazel spread and our keto bars are suitable for only vegetarians not vegans.
Do any of your products have added sugar?
None of our products contain added sugar. We only use natural sweeteners, such as stevia and erythritol, in our products.
Are GOOD GOOD products NON-GMO verified?
Our jams are Non-GMO verified.
We are currently submitting to have all of our products Non-GMO verified.
Do GOOD GOOD products use Palm Oil in any of your products?
To provide consistent texture and richness in our Choco Hazel spread we use Sustainable Palm Oil. Sustainable Palm oil is a fat with a higher solid fat content which is required to achieve an optimal structure of the spread.
What does Sustainable Palm oil mean?
The Palm Oil we use is RSPO certified which means that we can assure our customers that the standard of palm oil production is sustainable. Using Sustainable Palm Oil help minimize the negative impact of palm oil cultivation on the environment and communities in palm oil producing regions.
Are GOOD GOOD products tested on animals?
Our products are never tested on animals.
What Food Safety certifications does GOOD GOOD have?
Our products are BRC certified and are continually audited by 3rd party organization.
How do you handle Allergens?
GOOD GOOD allergens are listed directly on our labels. Although a product may not contain a specific allergen, our products are manufactured in facilities that could process nuts, dairy, wheat and soy.
If you have any concerns please consult your healthcare provider before consuming any of our products.

What does the best before date mean?
The “best before” date lets you know by what date you can enjoy our products at its prime flavour and quality.

What are natural sweeteners?
Natural sweeteners are sweeteners that originate from nature. Unlike artificial sweeteners, these are chemical-free sweeteners.
What is Erythritol?
Erythritol occurs naturally in a variety of fruits and vegetables. It can also be made through a fermentation process. It is used as a zero-calorie sweetener to assist people to replace calories from carbohydrates and sugars.
What is the source of your erythritol?
The source of our erythritol is Non-GMO corn.
What is Stevia?
Stevia rebaudiana comes from plant leaves found in South America. Those plant leaves are processed to produce the sugar-like substance we call Stevia.
What is Isomalto-Oligosaccharide?
Isomalto-oligosaccharides (IMO) is a prebiotic high fibre, low-calorie carbohydrate source that is used as a functional food and prebiotic fibre sweetener.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
GOOD GOOD sources the best ingredients from all around the world through BRCs certified suppliers.
How do you calculate net carbs?
GOOD GOOD uses the following formula to calculate the net carbs in our products:
EU/UK: Carbohydrates – Polyols (sugar alcohols) = Net Carbs
USA/CA: Carbohydrates – Polyols (sugar alcohols) - Fibre = Net Carbs

STORAGE AND PACKAGING
How should GOOD GOOD Products be stored?
Keeping the products in a cool and dry place, away from direct light is recommended
Which of your products need to be refrigerated after opening?
The jams must be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 2 to 4 weeks.
Our jams do not last as long compared to regular high-sugar jams because the sugar in them also acts as a preservative. Other Good Good products are safe to store at room temperature after opening but in a cool dry place.
Our Choco Hazel can be refrigerated however we don't recommend it as the Choco Hazel can crystallize.
Is GOOD GOOD Packaging recyclable?
Our commitment to continuous improvement and environmental responsibility is reflected in our packaging – 99% of which is designed to be recyclable.
Shipping and Order Information
Where does my order ship from?
Our products are widely available in Europe and North America, where all of our products are shipped via our distributors and through our warehouses in Tilburg, Netherlands, Liverpool UK, Ontario, CA, Ashland, VA and Phoenix AZ, USA. Hence we can offer world-wide shipping from both the Netherlands and USA.
Can I cancel or change the order once placed?
We are unable to guarantee requests for changes or cancellations once you submit your order on the website. To ensure a timely arrival, our system immediately processes your order for shipment.

My order is damaged, what do I do?
Please send us at email@example.com a picture of the damaged item so we can replace it.
How long until I receive my order?
Your order may take up to 1-5 business days to arrive after it has shipped. Unfortunately, It may take longer at times due to issues we have no control over.

What do I do if the order says delivered, but I don’t have it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they deliver. If this is the case, we usually see packages be delivered within 48 hours. Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders $50/£40/€30 and above to all US, UK, EU and Canadian provinces (except Nunavut). All other orders incur shipping costs based on the carrier, service, and quantity of items ordered.
What is your return policy?
