High Protein Lemon Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts
- 14 oz Protein Pasta
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 Greek Yogurt
- 1 zest of a lemon
- ¼ cup GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd
- 1 tbsp Lemon pepper Seasoning
Directions:
- Spray olive oil & season chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook in skillet over medium heat or in air fryer/oven at 380 for 20-30 minutes. Set aside.
- While chicken is cooking, make pasta according to instructions on box.
- In a blender, add milk, chicken broth, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
- Strain pasta, place back in pot and stir in your lemon sauce mixture.
- Plate pasta and chicken. Enjoy!
