High Protein Lemon Chicken Pasta  

Packed with protein from chicken breasts, protein pasta, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt, this High Protein Lemon Chicken Pasta is perfect for a satisfying meal that fuels your body. The addition of GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd and lemon zest creates a vibrant and tangy sauce that perfectly complements the tender chicken and hearty pasta. Easy to prepare and full of flavor, this recipe is a fantastic option for a healthy and wholesome dinner.

Ingredients: 

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts 
  • 14 oz Protein Pasta 
  • 1.5 cup Milk 
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth 
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese 
  • 3/4 Greek Yogurt 
  • 1 zest of a lemon  
  • ¼ cup GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd
  • 1 tbsp Lemon pepper Seasoning 

 

Directions: 

  1. Spray olive oil & season chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook in skillet over medium heat or in air fryer/oven at 380 for 20-30 minutes. Set aside. 
  2. While chicken is cooking, make pasta according to instructions on box. 
  3. In a blender, add milk, chicken broth, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd and lemon zest. Blend until smooth. 
  4. Strain pasta, place back in pot and stir in your lemon sauce mixture. 
  5. Plate pasta and chicken. Enjoy!
