Keto French Toast Sticks


Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Yields: 2 servings

Course:  Breakfast



- 2 medium eggs

½ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon Sweet Like Sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt

1 tablespoon butter

5 slices keto bread or any low carb bread

½ cup Orange Marmalade


Keto French Toast Sticks



Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, almond milk, Sweet Like Sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.

Step 2: Slice the bread slices into 1-1.5 inch sticks.

Step 3: Heat a skillet and melt the butter. Once the skillet is hot, dip the bread sticks in egg mixture until well coated and place in the hot skillet. Add few more bread sticks into the skillet and cook for a minute, flip to other side and cook until golden.

Step 4: Repeat the process for the remaining bread sticks.

Step 5: Serve the French toast sticks with an Orange Marmalade dip
