¾ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup almond flour
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup Sweet Like Syrup
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Serves 15-18 pieces
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients such as the Creamy Peanut Butter, coconut flour, almond flour, unsweetened shredded coconut, Sweet Like Syrup, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Mix ingredients until mixture is well combined and holds a shape. Roll the mixture into lime sized balls evenly.
- This mixture would make up to 15 – 18 coconut balls. The balls will stay good in a refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
