No-Bake Peanut Butter Coconut Balls - No Added Sugar

ยพ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter

ยฝ cup coconut flour

ยฝ cup almond flour

ยฝ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

ยผ cup Sweet Like Syrup

ยฝ teaspoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients such as the Creamy Peanut Butter, coconut flour, almond flour, unsweetened shredded coconut, Sweet Like Syrup, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix ingredients until mixture is well combined and holds a shape. Roll the mixture into lime sized balls evenly.
  3. This mixture would make up to 15 โ€“ 18 coconut balls. The balls will stay good in a refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
