Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp granular sweetener of choice
- 16 oz vegan cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granular sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd
- 1/2 cup GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper

Mix the almond flour, granular sugar and melted vegan butter together using a stand mixer or handheld electric mixer, then press firmly into the baking pan

Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F

Mix the vegan cream cheese, applesauce, low carb sweetener of choice and vanilla extract using an electric mixer for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the 1/4 cup GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd and ¼ cup GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam into the cream cheese mixture on low speed until combined.

Add cream cheese mixture on top of the almond flour crust.

Dollop more GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd and Strawberry Jam on top and swirl with a knife.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from baking pan.
