2 oz bourbon
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
1 oz lemon juice
1 tablespoon sweet like syrup
1 cup ice
1 can sparkling water, unsweetened
2 – 3 fresh raspberries, to garnish
Lemon peel, to garnish
Serves 1 serving
In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, raspberry jam, lemon juice, sweet like syrup along with a cup of ice and shake for 30 seconds until the flavors combined.
Strain the contents over chilled glass and top with sparkling water.
Serve the whiskey sour topped with cocktail skewer with fresh raspberries and lemon peel.
