1. SPONSOR
The Gift of Jams Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by GOOD GOOD Natural Sweetness LLC ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as members of their households, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 21, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER
Automatic Entry with Purchase
During the Promotion Period, purchase any Father Figure Bundle from GOOD GOOD and receive One (1) entry into the Giveaway.
There is no limit to the number of qualifying bundle purchases that may be made during the Promotion Period.
Free Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to support@goodgoodbrand.com with the subject line "Father Figure Giveaway Entry" during the Promotion Period. Include your full name, email address, and state of residence in the body of the email.
Eligible email submissions will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
Limit one (1) free email entry per person.
All eligible entries, whether received through purchase or free entry, will be included in the same random drawing.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) Spotify Gift Card with an approximate retail value of $99; and
- One (1) Year Supply of GOOD GOOD Spreads with an approximate retail value of $155.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $254.
Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about June 22, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with the qualifying order or entry.
If a potential winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- does not respond within seven (7) days,
- is determined to be ineligible, or
- fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and submitted comments for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters related to the Giveaway are final and binding.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with GOOD GOOD's Privacy Policy.
12. SPONSOR DISCLAIMER
Spotify is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Giveaway.
13. WINNER LIST
To request the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state, send an email to support@goodgoodbrand.com within thirty (30) days following June 22, 2026.
