or participate in any representative or consolidated proceeding.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules.

Any arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These SMS Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
