Peanut butter pumpkins with a protein punch? Yes, please!
These easy-to-make Reese's pumpkins feature GOOD GOOD's Creamy Peanut Butter and Choco Hazel for a spooky good, sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 cup GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter, maple syrup and protein powder. Combine until a dough forms.
- Flatten peanut butter dough onto parchment paper
- Using a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter, make as many peanut butter pumpkins as you can
- Place the pumpkins in freezer for an hour to harden
- Melt GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 50% power
- Dip peanut butter pumpkins into melted Choco Hazel
- Place in freezer for at least an hour & enjoy!
