Scandinavian Fruit Tart with Raspberry Fruit Spread
There’s a kind of elegance in simplicity, and this tart leans all the way in. Inspired by traditional Scandinavian flavors and textures, it’s made with an almond flour crust, a light cream cheese filling, and GOOD GOOD Raspberry Fruit Spread. No added sugar, just real raspberries and balanced sweetness.
Each bite gives you buttery crunch, smooth filling, and a bright layer of fruit. The raspberry spread blends into the cream cheese mixture without overpowering it, giving just enough tartness to balance the richness. Fresh berries and mint on top make these feel extra special without requiring extra work.
The best part is that these can be made ahead and chilled, which makes them ideal for hosting or for a quiet afternoon treat that feels just a little elevated.
