Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder. Add the monkfruit sweetener and mix.
