With a delightful balance of sweetness and a hint of cinnamon, this cobbler is best served hot, topped with ice cream for the ultimate comfort food experience. Dive into a deliciously simple dessert that brings everyone together!

For the bars:

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 12oz Jar or GOOD GOOD Apricot Jam

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Place butter in a 9” square baking pan and put it in the oven to melt (5 min)
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt together. Set aside.
  3. Add milk and vanilla to the dries and mix until combined.
  4. Take the pan out of the oven with melted butter, add ¾ of the batter, followed by a jar of GOOD GOOD Apricot Jam (spread both to reach all sides of the pan), then dollop the remaining batter on top.
  5. Bake in the oven 35-45min or until the edges become dark brown and serve hot, topped with a scoop of ice cream for the ultimate flavor experience!
