Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup GOOD GOOD No Added Sugar Apricot Jam
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, add more almond flour or Apricot Jam as needed. Dough should be slightly sticky. Once combined well, shape into balls and roll in coconut flakes.
