Healthy Popcorn Balls
Pop, lock, and roll with these Healthy Popcorn Balls! Made with GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar and Creamy Peanut Butter, they're a snack that'll have you doing a happy dance. Whip up a batch, and get ready for a popcorn party in your mouth.

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar
- 1 cup vegan marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
- 6-8 cups popped popcorn
Instructions:
- Pop the popcorn according to the package instructions to make about 6-8 cups.
- In a large skillet on a medium heat, add butter and GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar, once the butter started melting add the marshmallows, stir continuously until it is melted.
- Add GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter, vanilla extract and salt to the marshmallow mixture, mix until combined. Remove from heat.
- Add the popcorn, stir quickly until it is well coated. Wear plastic gloves and apply non-stick spray to your hand, since the mixture will he hot.
- Work quickly to make balls with popcorn mixture before the popcorn mixture dries out. Let the popcorn balls set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
- Store these popcorn balls in an air-tight container at room temperature.
