A Healthier Dupe of the Iconic Philly Strawberry Cheesecake Snack Bars (with No Added Sugar!)
If you grew up in the early 2000s, chances are you remember those creamy, dreamy Philadelphia Strawberry Cheesecake Snack Bars that lived in the fridge section and totally ruled snack time. With that crumbly graham cracker crust, silky cheesecake filling, and sweet strawberry topping? They were nothing short of iconic.
Unfortunately, they disappeared from shelves way too soon. But here’s the good news: we recreated them—only this time, it’s a better-for-you version with simple, wholesome ingredients, no added sugar, and a satisfying protein boost.
Ingredients
For the Almond Flour Crust:

2 cups almond flour

½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

1–2 tbsp low-calorie sweetener of choice (like monk fruit or erythritol)
For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz low-fat cream cheese (softened)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp sweetener of choice

1 tbsp vanilla extract
-
Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for brightness)

1 packet unflavored gelatin
Strawberry Jam Topping:

GOOD GOOD No Added Sugar Strawberry Jam (about ½ cup, or enough to cover)
Directions
1. Make the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (if you prefer a firmer crust, though you can also chill it instead).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined banana bread pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden, or chill for 30 minutes if keeping no-bake. Let cool completely.
2. Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, greek yogurt, gelatin, vanilla and lemon
3. Assemble the Bars:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm. Slice into bars and enjoy straight from the fridge.
5. Cut & Top with Filling
Once chilled, cut into bars. Add Strawberry Jam into a plastic bag or icing bag. use a small spoon to scrape down the middle, creating a trough. Squeeze jam in a line down the center of each bar. Optional: drizzle Choco White on top for a little extra sweetness!
