Chili Fig Jam Filled Croissants
Ingredients
- 8 pieces croissant dough
- ⅓ cup GOOD GOOD Chili Fig Jam
- 1 egg, whisked
- icing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Roll out croissant dough triangles. Evenly spread a thin layer of jam at the base of the triangle and gently roll up to the point of the triangle. Curve the ends down.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the egg wash over each croissant and bake for 9-12 minutes, until slightly golden.
- Allow the croissants to cool slightly before drizzling icing on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
