Gooey S’mores Crumble Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 cups GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel Spread
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ½ cup granulated sweetener of choice
- ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees° F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, creating a sling to easily pop the bars out of the pan once they’re baked. Set aside.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, oats, almond flour, sugar, and salt to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour the melted butter over top. Mix until fully combined. Transfer ⅔ of the mixture into the baking dish, pressing it into an even crust. Reserve the remaining crumble mixture for topping.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, until slightly golden.
- Spread an even layer of GOOD GOOS Choco Hazel onto the crust. Sprinkle the marshmallows and extra crumble over it.
- Bake the s’mores crumble bars for another 15 minutes until the chocolate is melted, the marshmallows are toasty, and the graham cracker crumble mixture is golden brown.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
