Enjoy this Strawberry Poptart Crumble with GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam! This dessert is an amazing alternative for birthdays and celebrations alike. The strawberry flavor between cake and icing adds a nostalgic and delicious taste for your gathering.
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 3 + 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbsp grandular sweetener
- 3/4 cup GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam
For the Icing
- 2 cup alternative powdered sugar
- 1-2 drops pink food coloring
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- Milk until drizzly consistency
- Optional: sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 & line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer combine almond flour, sugar and melted coconut oil or butter. Press half of the crust mixture into the pan. Spread GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam on top of the layer. Dollop remainder of crust mixture on top of jam and press gently to cover. Bake for 30-35 minutes and allow it to completely cool. Option to place in fridge to allow to firm. Combine all ingredients for icing into bowl & drizzle on top. Add sprinkles of choice & enjoy!
