Strawberry & Rose Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chopped strawberries
- 5 heaped tablespoons of thick, Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. of GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam
- 350g of dark chocolate
- 4 tsp. of organic cacao nibs
- 4 tsp. of crushed pistachio
- 4 tsp. of dried rose petals
Directions:
- To a bowl, mix together the yogurt, chopped strawberries & yogurt.
- Separate the mixture into 4 circle portions onto baking parchment and freeze for 3 hours.
- Melt down your dark chocolate.
- Coat the frozen yogurt clusters in the dark chocolate.
- Add the cacao nibs, pistachio and rose petals to the top of the
yogurt clusters.
