Strawberry & Rose Yogurt Clusters

Ingredients:

1 cup of chopped strawberries
5 heaped tablespoons of thick, Greek yogurt
2 tsp. of GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam
350g of dark chocolate
4 tsp. of organic cacao nibs
4 tsp. of crushed pistachio
4 tsp. of dried rose petals

Directions:

To a bowl, mix together the yogurt, chopped strawberries & yogurt.
Separate the mixture into 4 circle portions onto baking parchment and freeze for 3 hours.
Melt down your dark chocolate.
Coat the frozen yogurt clusters in the dark chocolate.
Add the cacao nibs, pistachio and rose petals to the top of the
yogurt clusters.
