Sweet n Spicy Grilled Cheese with Chili Fig Jam
The grilled cheese is an ever-so-customizable classic. Give your next grilled cheese an edge by using GOOD GOOD Chili Fig Jam to add sweet and heat to a humble classic.
Ingredients
- ~2 btsp Mayo (We used Japanese Style Kewpie Mayo)
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- GOOD GOOD Chili Fig Jam
- 2 slices gouda cheese
- 2 slices cheddar
- 1-2 slices bacon
Instructions
- 1 Cook bacon slices to desired crispiness, set aside
- 2 Spread kewpie mayo on outside facing part of bread and heat on a pan at med-low
- 3 While bread is toasting up, add on chili fig jam to one side, and layer on cheese to the other
- 4 Once cheese has started to melt, add on bacon slices on top, then cover slice with the fig jam slice
- 5 Toast until desired toastiness, remove from pan, slice however you’d like and enjoy!
