Healthy, 3 Ingredient Donuts
Ingredients:
- 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 ¾ cup of Flour
- ¾ cup GOOD GOOD Raspberry Jam
- Finishing touch: Dipped in granulated sugar and cinnamon blend or powdered sugar
Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F
- Prepare dough in a mixing bowl by combining 1 cup of 0% Greek Yogurt and 1 ¾ cups of flour. Mix well until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour as needed.
- Divide the dough into small portions, about 1 tablespoon each. Roll each portion into a ball, creating your donut holes.
Filling the Donut Hole Option 1:
- Fill with Jam: by taking each dough ball and press your thumb into the center, creating a well. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of GOOD GOOD Raspberry Jam into the well, making sure to keep the jam inside the dough.
- Carefully seal the edges of the dough around the jam, ensuring it is completely enclosed. Reshape into a smooth ball, making sure the jam is securely inside.
Filling the Donut Hole Option 2:
- Form the dough into a ball and cook it as directed.
- Once done cooking, make a hole, and use the piping method to fill donut hole with jam.
Air Frying:
- Air Fry at 350 for 12 minutes or until the donut holes are golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and add a sprinkle of alternative granulated or powdered sugar and/or fresh berries and a glass of milk for optional dunking.
Alternatively, you can bake these in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
