Chili Fig Tartine
This open-faced sandwich is your new go-to for a quick yet elegant meal. Featuring the bold flavors of GOOD GOOD Chili Fig Jam, creamy ricotta, and salty prosciutto, all topped with fresh arugula and sweet figs, this tartine brings together a medley of textures and flavors in every bite.
Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 slice of sourdough bread (halved)
- ~ ¼ cup GOOD GOOD Chili Fig Jam
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 4 slices prosciutto (hand torn)
- 1/4 cup baby arugula
- 3 figs (sliced)
- ~2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Drizzle EVOO on bread and heat on a pan until desired toastiness
- Remove bread and layer chili fig jam and ricotta
- Top with prosciutto, arugula and sliced figs
- Drizzle honey on top to taste and enjoy!
