Move over valedictorian—these brownie bites just graduated with top honors in “Too Cute to Eat.” Whether you're celebrating a grad or just want an excuse to make something sweet, these little caps are here to throw their tassels and steal the spotlight.
Made with just a few simple ingredients—including a jar of GOOD GOOD No Added Sugar Choco Hazel—these bites are rich, chocolatey, and too sweet to skip.
Ingredients:
-
1 box of no sugar added brownie mix (plus whatever ingredients your mix calls for)
-
1 jar of GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel
-
Powdered sugar alternative
-
Milk of choice
-
Sprinkles (bonus points for gold and silver!)
-
A silicone mold (square works best)
Instructions:
Step 1: Bake the Bites
Prepare your brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour the batter into mini muffin tins or a square mold for perfect bite-sized caps. Let cool completely.
Step 2: Make Your “Grad Cap” Tops
Melt GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel and pour it into a chocolate mold (a small square mold works great to mimic mortarboards). Freeze overnight until solid.
Step 3: Assemble the Caps
Pop the frozen Choco Hazel squares out of the mold and place one on top of each brownie bite.
Step 4: Pipe on the Tassels
Mix powdered sugar and milk of choice to create a simple icing. Pipe a tiny tassel onto each cap and finish with a sprinkle on top. (Yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds.)
Pro Tips:
-
Keep refrigerated and keep in a chilled environment as our Choco Hazel will melt if in a hot environment.
-
Want to get extra festive? Use school colors for the icing and sprinkles!
-
These also double as an edible party centerpiece. Win-win.
So go ahead—toss some sprinkles like confetti and celebrate the sweet things in life. Congrats to the grads and the snackers alike!
