Ingredients:
- 1 cup Havarti shredded, divided
- 4 pieces sourdough bread
- 4 pieces prosciutto thinly sliced
- honey for drizzling
- basil, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp of GOOD GOOD Peach Jam
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions:
- Layer sandwich with sourdough, Havarti, GOOD GOOD Peach Jam, prosciutto, honey, black pepper, basil; repeat and top with sourdough.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet.
Cook sandwiches until golden on both sides and serve.
