Ingredients
- 2 lbs thawed-out frozen pizza crust, divided
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- All-purpose flour, for rolling the dough
Filling
- 10 oz GOOD GOOD Lemon Curd
Optional Toppings: icing, extra lemon curd
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Knead the dough with the poppy seeds until well combined.
- Roll 1 lb of pizza dough on a floured surface to create a 12 x 8” rectangle. Repeat this step with the other 1 lb of dough.
- Spread the lemon curd evenly over the dough with a spoon.
- Starting at the long ends, tightly roll up the dough. Cut into 1 ½ inch slices and place in a greased baking dish. The dough should yield about 7 rolls. Let them rise for 20-30 minutes before putting them in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
