Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup GOOD GOOD Creamy PB
- 1/3 cup GOOD GOOD Jam
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and an alternative sweetener.
- In a small saucepan, warm GOOD GOOD Peanut Butter, GOOD GOOD Jam, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt over low heat. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow the granola bars to cool completely before cutting into desired shapes
