Low Sugar Puppy Chow
This is the snack that used to show up at every birthday party, sleepover, and bake sale — just made with a little more intention. No added sugar, a boost of protein, and three flavor options depending on your mood: Choco Hazel, Choco White, or Creamy Peanut Butter.
You still get the classic texture. Sweet, crunchy, and a little messy in the best way.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chex cereal
- 1/3 cup GOOD GOOD Spread (Choco Hazel, Choco White, or Creamy Peanut Butter)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
Directions
- Place the Chex in a large bowl.
- Melt the GOOD GOOD spread in the microwave until smooth.
- Pour the melted spread over the cereal and gently mix until coated.
- Add the protein powder and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle in the powdered sweetener and toss until evenly covered.
Tips
- Use unflavored or vanilla protein powder to keep the flavor balanced.
- Let the mixture cool before storing so it stays crisp.
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Each version has its own feel. Choco Hazel is deep and rich, Choco White is sweet and creamy, and Creamy Peanut Butter is a classic.
This is one of those recipes that takes five minutes, uses one bowl per flavor, and disappears even faster. Keep it on hand for road trips, work snacks, or whenever you want something that feels familiar without going overboard.
