Chocolate PB&J Protein Bar
Ingredients:
- ½ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ cup GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel
- GOOD GOOD Four Fruits Jam as desired
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavored)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup or melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chosen GOOD GOOD products with almond flour, protein powder, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
- Add sugar-free syrup or melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish, making sure it's compact.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to allow the bars to set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars of your desired size.
